Ongoing Individual Therapy
Ongoing therapy offers a regular, consistent space to explore what is troubling you over time. Sessions are 50 minutes long and typically held weekly. This continuity allows for deeper work — understanding patterns, processing difficult experiences, and building lasting change at your own pace.
The number of sessions varies from person to person. Some find that a focused period of a few months is enough; others choose to work more deeply over a longer period. We check in as we go, and you are always free to end when you feel ready.
Fee: €60 per session.
Single Session Therapy
Single Session Therapy (SST) is a focused, purposeful approach developed by Professor Windy Dryden that treats each session as complete in itself. It is not several sessions crammed into one — it is a different way of working, designed to help you make meaningful progress in a single encounter.
SST is particularly suited to people who have a specific, well-defined concern they want to explore, those who cannot commit to ongoing therapy at this time, or those who want to try therapy before deciding whether to continue. Research shows that many people find a single session genuinely helpful and do not require further appointments.
The session begins by establishing a clear focus — what you most want to address and what would be most useful to take away. We work purposefully within that space, and you leave with something concrete: a new perspective, a practical step, or simply greater clarity.
Further sessions are always available if you wish to continue, but there is no expectation or pressure to do so.
Fee: €60.

All sessions take place via secure video call, making therapy accessible wherever you are in the world — from the comfort and privacy of your own space. Sessions are available in English and Italian.
