I am Linda Lunardi, an accredited counsellor and psychotherapist offering individual therapy to adults. I work online, which means you can access support from wherever you feel most comfortable — in English or Italian.

My approach is humanistic and person-centred at its core. I believe that people have an innate capacity for growth, and that given the right conditions — genuine warmth, empathy, and honest presence — that capacity naturally unfolds.
